Our fleet of Motorhomes are C I Carioca 656 built on Fiat Ducato chassis with 2.3 diesel engines giving 25 to 30 mpg. They are spacious 4 berths but by converting the dining area into a double bed can sleep 6 people. They have large beds, Toilet & shower with vanity unit and hand basin, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, grill and Fridge. All windows are double glazed and there is warm air central heating and hot running water. Campsite guide and touring map. Ample storage space. Free roadside assistance. Site electricity connection. On board fresh water and waste water tanks. We also have limited access to 4 and 5 berth Motorhomes but they are sub contracted to us.
Hirers are liable for the first £1,000 of any accidental damage.
And to that end we take a £500 refundable deposit also hirers from outside the UK. Are charged an insurance excess normally approx. £2.50 per day but until driving licence details are put through the system we cant say exactly how much this charge will be. There is also a charge for additional drivers.
Choose your dates, size of Motor home, read the Terms and Conditions and complete the online booking form. There will be a requirement of an initial booking deposit of £200. We will email back to confirm your booking and the total cost. A £300 returnable damage deposit must be left with Freedom Scotland Motor homes.
All prices below are per week rental except those under daily hire.

Choose your dates, size of Motorhome and read the Terms and Conditions. Complete the online booking form (requires a £250.00 credit card booking deposit). We will contact you as soon as possible. You can also contact us to book over the phone.
- A £500.00 returnable damage deposit must be left with Freedom Scotland Motorhomes on day of departure. Freedom Scotland Motorhomes reserve the right to charge for any breakages, Vehicle or Tyre damage and any Road traffic violations (parking tickets, speeding fines etc.) against the deposit.
- Our Accident Damage Excess liability in the event of an accident is £1000.00 for each and every incident and we reserve the right to charge you up to our excess liability in the event of you being involved in an accident.
- There may be a delay of up to 7 days after the end of your holiday before the damage is refunded.
- Short term hires of 3 days and longer are available at short notice except in the summer season.
- We can sell holiday and cancellation insurance to UK residents only. Europeans and travelers from the rest of the world are advised to obtain insurance in their own country.
- Vehicles belonging to Freedom Scotland Motorhomes are not permitted or insured for travel in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the rest of Europe.
- In the event of a Motorhome being returned damaged to such an extent that it cannot be rehired we the company (Freedom Scotland Motorhomes) reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle as near as possible to the spec of the original agreed Motorhome. If however we cannot locate another Motorhome or the client wont accept the alternative the company are obliged to refund only the deposit or any money paid in advance and we will not be held responsible for the cost of travel or accommodation in this instance nor shall we be liable in any way for the client being unable or unwilling to commence or continue with the hire.
- Motorhomes are required to be returned in a clean state with a full diesel tank, empty Cassette toilet and waste water tanks. Failure to do so will incur a penalty of £50.00.
Any accident or damage must be reported immediately to the company to enable us to order spare parts or take what ever action is necessary. The company must be informed of any traffic violations, parking tickets, speeding offences etc.
